The
Alessandro Nacamuli-Col Collon Refuge lies in the Aosta
Valley in the Pennine Alps, in an area known as Valpelline,
exactly in Bionaz at an altitude of 2828 mt.
Built in 1994, it has 60 beds and offers the possibility
of half board, night only or dinner for the occasional hikers.
The hut opens in spring for Alpine skiing from mid-March
till mid-May. There are a lot of routes going for 2 till
6 days’ tours. The high route “ Chamonix-Zermatt”
passes through the Collon pass not far from the refuge where
you could overnight and rest.
During the summer, the hut is open from mid-June to mid-September.
The refuge welcomes anyone who wishes to stop during one
of the different tours passing by: Tour du Cervin (Matterhorn)
and Tour des barrages, or wants to rest after mountaineering
or climbing journey.
Please have a look at the page “itinerari” or
on the other pages of our site to learn more. We’re
waiting for you!
